I would like to update my Nikon D80 to a newer affordable version of Nikon. Would you recommend the purchase of a Nikon D5200, Nikon 7000 or other model? I am seeking the best trade in value and would not like to spend more than $1200.

I’d go with the Nikon D7000 as an upgrade to the D80. Here’s my review of it: http://www.photographybay.com/2011/03/09/nikon-d7000-review/
