Aiptek i2 3D HD Camcorder Review
The Aiptek 3D i2 camera is one of the first and few 3D camcorders of the year, but sadly lands quite solidly at the lower end of the camcorder totem pole. I really had high hopes for my first 3D pocket camcorder, but the Aiptek 3D fell short on most aspects.

Nikon NF-300i Meets Android, Goes 3D
The Nikon NF-300i is a 7.2-inch digital photo frame that runs on the Android operating system. The big buzz about the NF-300i is the autostereoscopic screen, which allows you to view 3D images without the need for 3D glasses.
The NF-300i displays are available to my Picturetown 3D members who pony up about 20k yen per year (about $250 USD). And right now, they are only available in Japan.

Sony Single Lens 3D Camera
Sony has developed a high frame rate single lens 3D camera, which purportedly will capture high quality 3D images at 240fps. The new camera is just a concept at this point. It relies on an optical system that will simultaneously capture left and right images through a single lens which then reflects light to two mirrors and, in turn, two imaging sensors.
Sony is expected to show a prototype at CREATEC JAPAN 2009 in Japan on October 6.
