As firefighters went into a burning home in Fresno, California, one of them found a lifeless kitten on the floor of a room in a house.  He then took the kitten outside and administered a tank of oxygen to it and poured water on it in an attempt to revive it.

Lucky the Kitten

That firefighter, Cory Kalanick, was wearing a helmet cam and caught the act on film. He edited the 15-minute ordeal down to about a minute by creating a faux movie trailer about saving Lucky the kitten’s life.

Here’s the local news coverage on the life-saving event, and further explains some of the mockery of the vegan and treehugger references in the faux-trailer he made.
