SanDisk Unveils World’s Largest SD Memory Card at 512GB

SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-I U3 512GB Memory Card

SanDisk has announced an Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-I U3 memory card in a massive 512GB capacity. The new card delivers max write speeds up to 90MB/s and transfer speeds up to 95MB/s. The U3 Speed Class 3 rating means that it will deliver a minimum write speed of 30MB/s, which is required for 4K video capture in cameras like the new Panasonic GH4.

The SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-I U3 SDXC 512GB card retails for $799.95. The Extreme Pro U3 series is also available in 128GB and 256GB capacities, priced at $189.95 and $359.95, respectively. Check them all out here at B&H Photo.
