Lowepro has announced new limited edition line of luxury camera bags – the Echelon Series.
The tree-piece series includes a roller, attaché and laptop brief with high-end features such as custom-cast metal hardware and saddle-stitched, premium leather handles.
Each of the bags is wrapped in 840 denier black nylon fabric and features YKK RC-Fuse locking zippers and TSA-approved locks. The bags feature several accessory pocks, removable organization panels and a removable, all weather rain cover.
The Echelon Roller can handle up to two pro-sized DSLRs, 6-8 lenses (up to a 300mm), a 15-inch laptop and several other accessories. It retails for $800.
The Echelon Attaché can hold a pro DSLR along with 2-3 lenses (up to 70-200 f/2.8), flash, a 13-inch laptop and other accessories. It includes a trolley pass-through for resting on top of a roller bag and retails for $420.
The Echelon Brief can hold a 15-inch laptop, along with accessories like portable drives and a pen tablet. It also includes a memory card holder and a trolley-passthrough for safely setting atop a rolling bag. The Echelon Brief retails for $340.
