Topaz Labs has update Texture Effects to version 1.1 and added 42 new textures, 15 new effects and some performance enhancements.
The new textures include weather, paper and bokeh texture additions (weather is a completely new category). Performance improvements includes the ability to disable the Topaz Community Download Count update, which will speed up the viewing of presets in the Community.
