Photo Rumors has published some revised specs on the upcoming Sony A33, A55, A560 and A580 DSLRs, which were previously rumored. Check out the rumored spec list for each of these cameras below.
Sony A33 Specs
- 14MP sensor
- ISO range of 100-12800
- 1080i video
- 15 AF points, some of them cross-point
- 7 fps
- dual memory slots (not sure what type)
Sony A55 Specs
- 16MP sensor
- ISO range of 100-12800
- 1080i video
- 15 AF points, some of them cross-point
- 10 fps
- dual memory slots (not sure what type)
- built-in GPS
Sony A560 Specs
- 14MP sensor
- ISO range of 100-12800
- 1080i video
- 15 AF points, some of them cross-point
- 7 fps
- dual memory slots (not sure what type)
- swivel display
Sony A580 Specs
- 16MP sensor
- ISO range of 100-12800
- 1080i video
- 15 AF points, some of them cross-point
- 10 fps
- dual memory slots (not sure what type)
- built-in GPS

The dual memory slots in the spec list are surely SD/Memory Stick slots, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see a single slot that works with the two formats instead. That said, putting an SD slot and a Memory Stick slot would certainly sell a lot more Memory Sticks than Sony is selling to DSLR users now – especially when you consider the file sizes generated by a 16MP sensor.
