Fuji Z900 EXR Ultra-Compact Camera Unveiled

April 5, 2011 By Eric Reagan

Fuji has announced the new Finepix Z900 EXR, which sports a 16MP CMOS sensor and a 5x zoom lens (28-140mm equivalent).  The Z900 has a big, 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD and has the ability to capture 1080p HD video.

In the bells and whistles department, the Fuji Z900 EXR offers high-speed continuous shooting – with frame rates at 12 fps for still images and 320 fps for videos.  Fuji pumped up the Z900’s max sensitivity to ISO 6400 in hopes of getting more out of low light.

The Fuji Z900 should be available in May at an initial retail price of $279.95.  Check availability on Amazon.com.
