It is sad that customers with expensive cameras and lens there for repairs have lost their camera equipment. I have called several times with promises of returned calls after a search in the warehouse for my equipment according to all reps that answered the phone. I have supplied the work order numbers and contact phone numbers. No call nor have I recieved my camera and lens back.
