Multiple sources are reporting and/or confirming the arrival over a few new Canon PowerShot models tonight. The most notable “serious” camera is the new Canon PowerShot G16 that should replaced the PowerShot G15.
The G16 will sport a 12.1MP CMOS sensor (same as the G15) but will step up to 1080/60p video and a DIGIC 6 processor. The still image frame rate is expected to drop slightly from 10fps in the G15 to 9.3fps in the G16.
The other models are the PowerShot S120 and SX510 HS superzoom.
