I bought one last time from Bigvalue Inc, they ship fast and the item is brand new. Mine came in a kit box but obviously the lens had been removed. Be aware that mine was a grey import, the plug on the battery charger was UK style and would not fit a US outlet but I just used a different cord for it with a US plug. The default time on the camera is usually set to the country shopped to and mine was set to London. Make no mistake this is still an excellent deal regardless of the above and I am absolutely thrilled at having got the MKIII at such a great price.
