Lexar Unveils 512GB 800x and 256GB Professional 1066x CF Cards

Lexar announced three new cards in its Professional lineup at CES 2014 today. The 512GB 800x CF card is the first CF card to reach this capacity.

The new Lexar Professional 1066x 256GB CF card offers a read transfer speed up to 160MB per second and write speeds up to 155MB per second. While the Professional 800x CF cards in 512GB and 256GB both offer read transfer speeds up to 120MB per second and write speeds up to 75MB per second.

All of the new cards should be available in the first quarter of 2014. The Lexar Professional 1066x 256GB CF card will retail for $969.99. The Lexar Professional 800x 512GB and 256GB cards run $1499.99 and $649.99, respectively.
