March 15, 2014 By Eric Reagan

Fuji XQ1

Fuji has updated the XQ1 firmware to version 1.10, which provides for the following improvements:

  1. Addition of “Suppressed Flash” option when selecting flash mode
Once the firmware is updated, a “Suppressed flash” mode (where the flash does not fire even the subject is poorly lit) can be selected from the flash mode.
  2. The phenomenon is fixed that in rare cases, image display in “Browse Camera” function could become slowly when connecting to a smartphone.
  3. The phenomenon is fixed that in rare cases, gray stripes could appear in highlight portion of images with a standard viewer of a smartphone (only Android).
