Ricoh has announced a new Pentax K-3 Prestige Edition, which features a gunmetal gray finish with a matching BG-5 battery grip. There will be a limited run of only 2,000 units made. The kit also includes a exclusive black leather camera strap and 2 batteries.

A superb camera, (by accounts I’ve read) at what the US will hopefully see as a good price. According to an online currency converter, 1399.95 USD equates to approx £825 sterling, yet I find in the on-line press, “The camera will be available for £1,099/$1399.95” Shame….
