The GoPro Hero isn’t known for its exceptional battery life, which is where Polar Pro’s latest creation comes in.
Polar Pro just met its funding goal for the PowerPole, which is a GoPro accessory combining the equivalent of 5 GoPro batteries and an ultra-durable extension pole.
The PowerPole is an aluminum extension pole with a 17″ to 30″ extendable range, 5400mAh power supply, dual full-size USB ports, LED battery indicator and splash-proof rubberized port guards. The massive battery reservoir provides over 8 hours recording time on a GoPro.
Now that the PowerPole has met its minimum funding, Polar Pro has included some stretch goals for a smartphone mount as well as a dedicated GoPro mic.
