New rumors seem to confirm that the previously rumored Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L lens is actually coming and that it will be priced around $3000 when it is unveiled. The lens appeared to be leaked back in August when the above image surfaced online.
The lens should be a rectilinear fisheye lens (although no confirmation yet), which will complement the EF 8-15mm f/4L circular fisheye lens that Canon introduced three years ago.
Also, new rumors surfaced that the replacement for the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS lens could be announced in November and available in December. Canon has previously confirmed that the lens is on the board for replacement; however, all other info on it remains rumors.
