Red Giant has updated Magic Bullet Suite to version 12 with several product updates and a new Magic Bullet Film tool, which includes 22 negative stocks and four print stocks. Updates to products in Magic Bullet Suite 12 include:
- Magic Bullet Looks 3.0
- Magic Bullet Colorista III
- Magic Bullet Mojo 2.0
- Magic Bullet Cosmo 2.0
Looks 3.0 received a majorly update user interface and 198 new, customizable presets. Colorista III also got a new UI and integrates well with Adobe CC 2014’s new masking and tracking features, which simplifies the controls to Colorista.
Mojo 2.0 retains its simple Hollywood blockbuster, quick grade and includes GPU acceleration for close to real-time renders. Red Giant quotes that it is 20% faster in Adobe products and 80% faster in FCP X. The simple, skin cleanup tool, Cosmo 2.0, also gets GPU acceleration and is finally compatible with FCP X and Sony Vegas.
Additionally, Magic Bullet Suite 12 includes Denoiser II and LUT Buddy, although they have no major updates yet.
