I own a few Benro A2573FS6 tripods. The S4 head is not exactly something I’d recommend for lots of pan/tilt video usage. The legs and design with built-in leveler (pseudo half ball) are pretty nice and good for compact/travel usage, but it can become a little loose and allows for some wiggle. Unfortunately, there is no way to clamp this down or tighten the half-ball to the head with an allen key.
The Manfrotto deal a few weeks ago was probably a better one, but if you’re in the market for carbon legs, it’s a nice setup. Maybe just expect to replace the head (which is possible).
