B&H has the Metz Mecablitz 52 AF-1 speedlight for Canon cameras for $249.99 (reg. $319.99) through March 2. This is an E-TTL / E-TTL II compatible speedlight with a 24-105mm zoom range and a rear touchscreen interface. Check it out here at B&H Photo.
Metz announced Sony versions of the Mecablitz 44 AF-1 and 52 AF-1 speedlights for Sony’s Multi Interface hot shoe. The two new models come equipped with updated feet and no longer require the use of an adapter to work on recent Sony cameras.

Metz has announced a new touchscreen speedlight – the mecablitz 52 AF-1. The new hot shoe flash features a guide number of 52 and is capable of wireless TTL operation.
The touchscreen rotates when holding the camera in portait orientation for easier readability. Additionally, the mecablitz 52 AF-1 sports a USB port for future firmware upgrades.
The mecablitz 52 AF-1 will be available in Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Sony and Micro Four Thirds versions. No word yet on final release date and pricing. Check availability here at B&H Photo.

The Metz Mecablitz 58 AF-2 Digital is a new TTL hotshoe flash that is compatible with Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax and Sony TTL systems. A dedicated model is available for each system. The Metz 58 AF-2 features a metal hotshoe and a USB interface for future firmware updates. Additional features of the 58 AF-2 include a modeling light, 24-105mm zoom head, pre-flash suppression for Canon models, high speed sync and flash bracketing.

The Metz Mecablitz 50 AF-1 Digital is a new mid-range TTL hotshoe flash that is compatible with Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax and Sony TTL systems. A dedicated model is available for each system.
The 50 AF-1 features a USB interface for future firmware updates. The 50 AF-1 is capable of being used as a slave in TTL systems and features a guide number 50 for ISO 100/21° and 105 mm.
