Canon USA has launched a new instant rebate program for the Canon 60D, 7D and a number of lenses. Additionally, the lens rebates are doubled when purchased with a Canon 1D Mark IV, 1Ds Mark III, 5D Mark II, 7D or 60D (see example below). These rebates are valid through March 19, 2011.

Double Instant Lens Rebate Example
Using the prices at B&H Photo . . . . If you purchase a 7D body, you get the $200 rebate, which makes it $1499 (instead of the normal $1699). If you also purchase the Canon 100mm f/2.8L Macro, the standard rebate is $80 off, bringing it to $969. However, when you add it to the cart with the 7D, the double instant rebate is automatically applied and brings the price of the lens down to $889.
Beware any site with names like Firstcamera. They are known to be scam sites.
