Canon has unveiled a pair of premium compact camera models for the Japan market only. The custom versions of the PowerShot S120 and G16 are available in 4 custom color accents with engraving options. In the premium package, the cameras also include a leather case and strap.
The PowerShot G16 special edition runs 69,980 Yen (about $710 USD) and the S120 runs 54,980 Yen (about $560 USD). Pre-orders for Japan-only start this month. There is no suggestion that either of these cameras will make it to the US. You can read more at Canon’s website.
