PhotographyBLOG has posted a review of the 21.1 megapixel Canon 5D Mark II.
There’s virtually no visible noise at all from ISO 50 all the way up to ISO 3200, with even the three faster settings of 6400-25600 producing perfectly usable images. Canon seem to have matched the low-light performance of the Nikon D3 and D700 whilst substantially increasing the resolution.

ePhotozine has published a review of the Nikon D3x.
From the time I had with the D3x, I was blown away. The image quality is excellent and being able to crop really close in on the rear monitor and still see detail in the eyes and hair of the model was great.

Cameras.co.uk has posted a review of the Pentax Optio E50.
Even when compared to other inexpensive digital cameras the Pentax Optio E50 is some way off in terms of quality. Yes it is cheap, but I’m not convinced it offers value for money.

Luminous Landscape has posted a review of the Sony A900.
For those without major lens commitments to other brands the Sony A900 offers tremendous value for the money. In almost every objective test criteria measured on DxOMark the A900 comes in in the top two or three, and in many categories does so against camera either costing twice as much or offering half the resolution.

Trusted Reviews has published a hands-on preview of the Nikon D3x.
The viewfinder is very bright and clear – essential for studio work – and focusing in low-light was quick and accurate, although on occasion it did get a little confused in gloomy, low-contrast scenes – hardly unusual for any DSLR, professional or not. However, overall, it feels superbly solid and totally up to the job.

Cameras.co.uk has posted a review of the Panasonic DMC-FX37.
It is rare that I end up disappointed with a digital camera from Panasonic. That is the case with the DMC FX37. Although I like the features the camera offers I just couldn’t get a decent set of photos with my test shots.

NeoCamera has posted a review of the Canon Powershot SD880 IS.
The Canon Powershot SD880 IS is a digital camera that gets a lot of things right. Speed of operation is great and so are ergonomics with one minor exception, the lack of a hand-gripping surface on the front.
