The Fuji FinePix Z700EXR is a 12MP point and shoot camera featuring Fuji’s popular EXR sensor technology. The Z700EXR offers a 3.5″ wide touch screen display in 16:9 format, a 5x optical zoom and is capable of capturing HD video at 720p.
The Fuji Z700EXR will be available March 2010 at an initial retail price of $279.95.

The Fuji FinePix XP10 is a rugged point and shoot camera. As Fuji calls it, it’s “Four-Proof” – waterproof, freezeproof, shockproof and dustproof.
The XP10 features a 12MP sensor, 2.7″ LCD and 5x optical zoom. It can dive down to 10 feet underwater, handle 3 foot drops and chill at 14-degrees Fahrenheit. The XP10 can also capture 720p HD video.

The Fuji FinePix AV100 and AX200 are 12MP point and shoot cameras with 2.7-inch LCD screens. The AV100 features a 3x optical zoom, while the AX200 offers a 5x optical zoom. Both cameras can capture 720p HD video as well.

Getty Images has launched a new microstock subscription site called ThinkStock. The site is built around a subscription model for image buyers and pulls from Getty’s image libraries at Getty Images, iStockphoto and Jupiterimages. The flat rate subscription of $249/mo or $2499/yr allows users to download up to 25 images per day and 750 images per month on a royalty-free basis.

A little over a year ago, I reviewed the Flip MinoHD camcorder and gave it a glowing recommendation. Since then, the MinoHD has been by my side for a ton of daily video clips. I’ve recorded more video in the past year than I’ve recorded in the previous 5 years. Why? Because it’s easy and the Flip MinoHD can fit in my pocket and, as a result, it’s always with me.
