It looks like Adorama jumped the gun on the Canon 6D product listing (now removed), confirming the $2099 price tage and the 20.2MP full frame sensor. The full announcement should hit later tonight around midnight.

What the heck is wrong with you people ? What’s with the 1/4000 max shutter speed ? Is that a joke from companies, first D600, now this ? WTF ??? It’s as if they saying “If you buy a cheap FF body, you’ll still have to buy expensive lenses, but you’re gonna be limited in another way” .. this is freakin’ wrong!!!

I can count on one hand the times I’ve shot at 1/4000 or faster. A problem to a small percentage I suspect. Now lack of multiple exposure in Canon IS a big deal to me. That would save me a heap of workarounds especially on product photography. I still use Canon however. Nothing in particular about this camera that appeals personally. There are still good deals on the 5D MK II out there too.
