Along with the new Lightroom CC, Adobe has updated Photoshop CC to its major 2015 release and added several improvements to the software.
Camera Raw 9.1 gets the same Dehaze feature as Lightroom CC, as well as local adjustment capabilities over white and black levels.
Blurs are now more realistic with the ability to add noise. Monochromatic and color noise is now available in the Blur Gallery effect to more closely match your original image and to reduce banding.[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Taae3UUY048&w=700]
The Healing Brush, Spot Healing Brush and Patch tools have received a speed boost thanks to the Mercury Graphics Engine. Healing Brush results are now visible in real time, while the Spot Healing Brush and Patch Tool results are up to 120x faster than they were in CS6.[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmZ52OoOpu0&w=700]
You can now adjust the scale and rotation of objects when dropping while performing Content-Aware Move and Content-Aware Extend functions.
You can also check a box to have Content-Aware Fill automatically fill in the edges of stitched panoramas.
