Fuji has been on a roll with its mirrorless camera system since unveiling the X-Pro1. Fuji later followed with the X-E1 last summer and the base model X-M1 earlier this summer.
Now, Fuji looks set to release a model below the X-M1 – the very compact X-A1.
The Korean Radio Research Agency (apparently, a legit government entity) has a registration for the Fujifilm X-A1 dated July 25, 2013. There are no specs revealed in the registration; however, the model name confirms prior rumors. In addition to the name, earlier rumors suggested that the X-A1 would not sport an APS-C sensor, opting instead for a smaller sensor and a more compact body.
The Fuji X-A1 is rumored to be launching in August 2013.
