Adobe is kicking off a new video series called Lightroom Coffee Break featuring bite-size videos that offer Lightroom tips and tricks in 60 seconds or less. Lightroom team member Benjamin Warde is the host and the first two videos are embedded in this post.

Photoshop Principal Product Manager Bryan O’Neil Hughes is back again with more tips and in this video shares what you need to know about sharpening images using Photoshop CC. He covers the sharpening tools in Camera Raw and Lightroom, as well as the power of the improved Smart Sharpen filter inside of Photoshop CC and used in conjunction with smart filters.
You learn something new everyday… At least I did when I watched the above video on Photoshop CS5‘s sharpen tool that allows you to paint-in sharpening. I’ve used layer masks for similar results, but I’m definitely going to be trying this tip out.
