RadioPopper Nano Flash Trigger Unveiled for $69.95
RadioPopper has released its new Nano transmitter and receiver units at a low price point of just $69.95 each. With a max range of over 1750′, the Nano sports four channels for dumb slave triggering to a hot shoe or a sync port.
One receiver can trigger two lights simultaneously by using both the hot shoe and sync port. The RadioPopper Nano is also compatible with the RadioPopper RP, PX and JrX units. You can find the RadioPopper Nano here at Adorama.

Phottix released the Mitros TTL for Canon earlier this year, and now the Phottix’s Mitros TTL Flash for Nikon should start shipping soon.
The Phottix Mitros TTL is built as a top-of-the-line competitor. Functions include built-in IR triggering with Master and Slave modes, AF assist light, auto/manual zooming flash head, all with fast recharge times. The Phottix Mitros TTL Flash includes a USB port for firmware upgrades, a 3.5mm sync port and optical slave mode.

The Basics of a One Light Setup
Here’s a short video from Jay P. Morgan (of The Slanted Lens) on using a one light setup. Interestingly, he is shooting a model with a Canon 1D C with 4K video and pulling stills from the video frames. New Nikon Power Cable for PocketWizard
PocketWizard has a new Nikon Power Cable that works with the MiniTT1, Plus III and MultiMAX (w/ USB) transceivers. It will allows these transceivers to draw power from any Nikon DSLR that is equipped with a 10-pin remote port.
The PocketWizard transceivers use little power and, according to PocketWizard, have almost no impact on the camera’s battery life. The Nikon Power Cable (PW-DC-N10) is available for $20. You can find it here at B&H Photo.
