Nikon announced its the AF-P 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E ED VR lens yesterday. This lens adds the Pulse Stepping Motor to a classic zoom model and is the first FX-compatible lens to offer the AF-P design. The Nikon D7500 (aka the D500 Jr.) is now available and shipping to customers.
The Nikon D7500 comes equipped with the same 20.9-megapixel image sensor, EXPEED 5 processor and wide ISO range as the Nikon D500. It also shoots 4K video, albeit with the same 1.5x crop as the D500. With the D7500, you also get simultaneous 4K output to the SD card and uncompressed via HDMI.

The Nikon D5600 is making its way to the US after it was previously launched in Europe and Asia back in 2016.
The D5600 adds Nikon’s SnapBridge tech, which uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to create an “always on” connection with a compatible smart device to facilitate quick and easy sharing of images. For the rest of the camera, it mostly maintains the specs found in the D5500 predecessor. [Read more…]
