Lightroom Mobile Now Available for iPad
Adobe has finally launched Lightroom mobile for iPad after teasing the app for the better part of a year. Before we get to the features, some readers will want to know up front that it is only available for Creative Cloud members. If you are part of the Photoshop Photography Program or a full Creative Cloud subscriber, Lightroom mobile is available to you at no additional expense.
Lightroom mobile now allows you to sync your iPad with your Lightroom 5 desktop library. Lightroom mobile uses Smart Previews to allow you to make non-destructive edits on your iPad, which will then sync to your desktop library.
Lightroom mobile requires an iPad 2 or later running iOS 7. You can download it here on the iTunes App Store. Adobe also notes that an iPhone version is coming soon. [Read more…]

Follow Our NAB 2014 Live Blog All Week Long
We’re here in Vegas for NAB 2014, along with several other bloggers to cover the show. There is so much that no single blogger or site could cover all of the show. So, that’s why Photography Bay has teamed up with Mitch over at Planet 5D and several other sites for a massive live blog of NAB 2014.
At last count, there were over 20 bloggers contributing. You can expect regular updates throughout the week. This is the first time we’ve attempted something like this, so let us know if you have suggestions for how to improve it.
You can see the live coverage here on Photography Bay.
Of course, we’ll still have longer form content with more in-depth coverage appearing daily on the home page. You can also follow Photography Bay here on Twitter and here on Instagram for updates from the show floor.
