Nikon D7000 version 1.01 – “Bright spots were sometimes noticeable with live view mode or movie recording of especially dark scenes or subjects. Occurrence of this issue has been reduced.” [Nikon Website]

Fuji FinePix REAL 3D W3 version 1.10 – “In [HD][1280] movie recording mode, Economy mode [HD][1280]E) can be selected. In this Economy mode, movie quality for long period is optimized. For long continuous recording of 3D HD movies, Economy mode setting is recommended.” [Fuji Website]

Canon 60D version 1.0.8 – “Fixes a phenomenon in which captured images may become overexposed when using the camera’s built-in flash or an external Speedlite in combination with the lenses listed below…” [Canon Website]

Fuji FinePix F300EXR version 1.01 – “Unstable volume level during movie recording is fixed.” [Fuji Website]

Nikon Coolpix P7000 version 1.1 – “Image recording time at image quality settings that include NRW (RAW) has been reduced. Lens control has been optimized to reduce the frequency with which the “Initializing lens. Cannot focus.” message is displayed. An issue that, in some rare cases, prevented zoom operation has been resolved. An issue that caused the monitor display to exhibit a loss of detail in highlights (blown highlights) when the shutter-release button was pressed halfway with Active D-Lighting enabled has been resolved.” [Nikon Website]

Canon 60D Firmware Update Version 1.0.8

Canon has released a firmware update for the Canon 60D.  The new firmware version 1.0.8 fixes an overexposure issue when using flash in combination with certain Canon lenses.

Paul C. Buff Cyber Commander version 32 – “Optimizes antenna hardware to increase range by up to 25%. Corrects the power range of the White Lightning X3200 1/4 power as displayed on the FLASH screen. Canon 7D version 1.2.3 – “Fixes a phenomenon in which the settings of the Speedlite Transmitter ST-E2 revert to the default settings when both the camera and the ST-E2 are set to auto power off. Fixes a phenomenon in which the Macro Ring Lite (MR-14EX, MT24-EX) and slave flashes do not sync while shooting wirelessly.” [Canon Website]

Canon Rebel T2i version 1.09 – “Fixes a phenomenon in which tone jumps become noticeable in some images, depending on the shooting scene, when shooting with the Auto Lighting Optimizer settings (Low / Standard / Strong).” [Canon Website]
