A star-studded cast is currently involved in shooting “Rock of Ages” in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the producers have declared a 3-block area of the downtown area as a no-photography-zone. Signs posted in the area read as follows:

Apple has just made Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5 and Compressor 4 available in the Mac App Store. FCP X runs $299, while Motion 5 and Compressor 4 can be picked up for just $49 each.

I don’t think I’ve had more fun with a camera since I first held the 5D Mark II. Sure, it’s got some quirks, but the excellent image quality and amazing flash sync speed push the Fuji X100 into the front runner position as my personal pick for camera of the year.
