Over the weekend, I shared the viral video of a girl in a bikini taking a selfie with the narration of a nature documentary. If you haven’t watched it yet, you can see it here.
That selfie fail video has led me to 10 more ridiculous selfie attempts. Some worked out ok for the selfie-ographer, some didn’t. All of them can be summed up with a giant eye-roll though. Check them out below.

B&H has the new Sony A7 II in stock for the first time today. Right now, only the kit is listed as in stock and shipping; however, the A7 II body shouldn’t be much further behind. You can find the A7 II here at B&H Photo.
Adobe has announced the availability of Camera Raw 8.7.1 for Photoshop CC and Photoshop CS6, which adds RAW file support for the new Sony A7 II and updated support for the Samsung NX1. Several new lens profiles are also part of the update.
A corresponding update for Lightroom 5 (to version 5.7.1) is expected to be released within the next week. I’ll have the latest on that update as soon as it is released.
Finally, an update for the free DNG Coverter 8.7.1 is also available for Mac and Windows.
Alien Skin just announced Exposure 7 with its expected film emulation updates and textures, along with support for RAW files in standalone mode. [Read more…]
