B&H now has the Panasonic AF100 listed with the 14-140mm OIS lens (an $800 lens) for the same price as the AF100 camcorder body only was originally listed.
There’s no expiration date listed for the deal, so I can’t say how long it will last. See the deal on B&H Photo’s website.
Nasiv Mansurov has a great article that sheds some light on yet another bait and switch photo retailer operation. I know everyone wants to find the best deals on camera gear, and folks are having a hard time finding popular gear in stock since the Japan earthquake earlier this year. B&H just emailed me this deal, $598.95 gets you a Nikon D3100 with an 18-55mm VR lens and a Red Giant Software Production Bundle, which includes:
The software alone would set you back almost $500 if you buy it from Red Giant’s website.

B&H Photo has posted that the Zeiss Distagon T 35mm F/1.4 ZF.2 lens is now available for pre-order for the Nikon F Mount version. Here’s the link.
As is custom at B&H, when something is posted for pre-order, it generally means that stock is on the way and almost ready to ship out to customers. No word on the Canon version yet.
It seems that Nikon D5100 is quite hot item. Amazon is pretty thin on stock right now and appears to only have availability through third-party vendors at the moment.
B&H Photo has updated its stock status to show the D5100 as “Available for Pre-Order” which generally means that B&H has stock on the way and will be shipping it out in a matter of days. Here’s the link to the D5100 product page at B&H Photo.
B&H Photo now has the new SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-I SD cards in-stock in a variety of sizes. You can see them all here on B&H.
Additionally, B&H has that massive 128GB Extreme Pro CF card in stock as well – it’s not going to go easy on the wallet though…
B&H Photo has the new Fuji X100 listed available for pre-order, which is the typical signal that they’ll have them in stock and shipping out the door soon.
