Check out the above view of Earth from the International Space Station at night. I was surprised to see how much area that a lightning strike covered with its glow. I couldn’t find any info about which camera was used to capture these images, but it would make sense that it’s a Nikon D3s or other Nikon body since the raw images were sourced from NASA.
Pentax Optio RZ18 Announced
The Pentax Optio RZ18 is a new point and shoot model with a 16MP image sensor and 18x optical zoom (25-450mm equivalent). The RZ18 also features sensor-shift image stabilization, a 3-inch 460k-dot LCD and 720p HD video.

Sony NEX-5N Product Shot Leak
The above image is purportedly another leaked product shot of the upcoming NEX-5N mirrorless camera.
The NEX-5N is expected to be officially unveiled next week. It should feature a 16.1MP sensor and be capable of capturing 1080p HD video, among other impressive specs.
